Exchanges Policy

 

At Shop J + KAKES, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order, we offer a straightforward  Exchange policy to make the process as seamless as possible.

1. Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • Products Eligible for Exchange:
    • Unworn, unused, and undamaged items.
    • Items in their original packaging and with all tags attached.

2. Timeframe for Exchanges:

  • Exchange Period:
    • You have 14 DAYS from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange.

3. Conditions for Exchanges:

  • Product Condition:
    • Items must be in their original condition.
    • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

4. Process for Exchanges:

  • Initiating a Exchange:

  • Required Information:

    • Please provide your order number and reason for exchange.
  • Exchange Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Non Exchangeable Items:
    • Certain products: such as accessories, cups, tumblers, hats and worn/washed outfits are not returnable.
